If you have ever walked through a display home, you’ll quickly realise a big difference between the base price versus what you see, creating a difficult challenge of deciphering through highly technical inclusion lists, only to discover how much is NOT actually included in that base price.

There’s so much to figure out, like finding the right floor that suits you and your land, there’s the site costs and trying to work out how much extra will that be and if they will be fixed or not?

You’ll probably find yourself having multiple appointments with the sales rep in the attempts to get your quote right and in budget, usually after compromising on your preferred home inclusions.

By the time you have put yourself through all of that, you’ll still have paperwork to take care of, contract signing and colour appointments to get through, and by this stage you’ve probably spent more than you were first quoted and budgeted for.

Added to this is the challenge of clear communication, with the introduction of many other staff members along the process only exaggerating the overall length of that exhausting journey.

By this stage it's no wonder that so many people are left frustrated and questioning if they've made the right decisions....

Look, most will get there in the end, but does it really need to be like that?
